Horrible customer service from Melanie C. When I called to report that a rock had hit my windshield. Instead of being sympathetic about the situation she was hostile. I have proof of the situation and when I went to tell her which truck did it. She cut me off. I hope to get this resolved by the manager which Melanie also spoke for which was really inappropriate.
