Unprofessional, unacceptable treatment . Of new employees. . This is directed at Rigs (specifically). The managers create a hostile work environment. Offensive and inappropriate behavior from managers . New employees are constantly harassed, humiliated, and disrespected. Targeted with unwelcomed.. conduct. Many accidents occur at Rigs,, sadly some are intentional. Just to give employees who are sent to Rigs a hard time. but the employee is threatened not to report. Terrible work environment. Constant belittling by superiors and getting screamed at by rig managers. Reported driller being drunk on job and almost killing two floorhands and still refused to let go of him. Terrible company. Only cares about the money and absolutely no love for the employees. In litigation right now because they falsified medical records. Absolute terrible company.
