Unprofessional, unacceptable treatment . Of new employees. . This is directed at Rigs (specifically). The managers create a hostile work environment. Offensive and inappropriate behavior from managers . New employees are constantly harassed, humiliated, and disrespected. Targeted with unwelcomed.. conduct.
