We hired Kenaco Contractors through a referral after seeing what a wonderful job he did on a friends home. My wife and I have built several homes in the past, so we have knowledge and know what expectations we should have, but we really lucked in meeting Pat Sottile the owner of Kenaco Generals Contractors. This review is late in posting...I'm a Snow Bird from Canada, during the Covid lock-down, I decided it was time to renovate my Condo in Delray Beach. My first contractor was a referral from an Architect. The experience was money and time consuming. I was shocked to find out that the job permits were never submitted.
