Ken helped us buy our first home, a small condo. We didn't have a clue what we were doing, but Ken lead us through the entire process. He helped us find a mortgage broker, and then helped us decide what was really important to us in a home. Ken was patient and educational. He lead us through offers and negotiations, and kept us calm through cold feet and tough decisions. Our search took a few months, but I never felt pressured to hurry up. I always felt like he was safeguarding our best interests.
Ken just helped my parents sell their family home of 50+ years.
