Ken has been doing our HVAC work for about 6 months now on our rental properties. Our older units often provide challenges, and he's replaced 2 ancient units in record time and at an excellent price. He has been very quick to respond to our urgent needs, so we highly recommend him.
Paid a few thousand dollars for a new hvac unit in a business. Wasn’t properly installed so the unit has to be turned on and off with the breaker and temperature can’t be controlled so it’s set to whatever the default is which causes the unit to freeze over every single night if not manually turned off. Have called the business at least 3 times regarding the issue and haven’t heard back. They are okay with charging about $1000 to install a $3k-4k hvac unit and not doing it properly or completely. Best A/C price ever. We had been getting quotes from other companies and Ken Wood Maintenance was by far the best! Mr. Wood came on Sunday with his workers, at 8am to install our new a/c. Who does that anymore? Great service, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend.
