I took my car in November of 2024 they wrote a service ticket up waited until December 13th called again they finally got me a rental on December 14th have had my car since December 14th 2024 they took it to jeep dealer then and I’m still waiting on my car to be fixed it has been in the same spot since then jeep keeps saying that Ken Wilson will not approve the car to be fixed mind you it is under the best warranty u can buy I’m would never recommend that anyone buy a warranty or anything from these people because they clear... read more

Called and asked for a wiring diagram and they told me that's no somthing they do. Which is terrible customer service. Its not that hard to look up a wiring diagram. If that's how they treat somthing easy how will they treat somthing harder to do.

This is the worst service department I've ever dealt with. When the time comes I'll be getting rid of my Ford just so I don't have to deal with these people ever again. I currently have two different vehicles from two different dealers and the service I receive at the Jeep dealership is the best. Ford's prices are $30 to $50 higher than Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and the service isn't near the same. Ken Wilson Ford won't even call me back about a recall issue and set me up an appointment! These folks, especially Kimberley and Dustin, totally saved my butt during what could have been a disaster. I was driving from ATL to Asheville to pick up a kiddo from a summer camp when my tire blew out a mile before the Canton exit. I exited and was directed to Ken Wilson by the folks at the gas station. It was right before close but I was pretty shaken up and in a very tight spot with needing a new tire right away so that I could pick up kiddos the next morning. I had a 9am appointment at Ken Wilson Ford to have my 2021 Ford F-150 wire harness recall taken care of. I called the day before and spoke to the Service Supervisor,Dustin Forehand, to confirm and make sure they had the parts in stock and they would be able to perform the recall. He assured me that they should have the parts in stock and it was a simple fix and I could just wait for the vehicle.
