Only praise. Professional and right to the point. My kind of service. We had to change insurance due to changes at the end of 2013. What a nightmare. I finally ended up going off a recommendation to contact Ken. He quickly went into action to me figure out the best plan for our family. He also had to persistently contact Washington Healthplan Finder to fix the glitch in our application. I expected a hiccup to occur and leave us with no coverage at the beginning of the year. I tried the big online health insurance sites...didn't work. – I started to apply with the big online health insurance sites but I started to get all kinds of junk email and even though there is a lot of data...its really confusing with limits on number of visits, caps on certain prescriptions, etc. Plus its like a foreign language with all the confusing terms. Thanks! – Rarely have I had such good service from an insurance broker. We spoke by phone and everything was easy to understand. Ken gave me many examples and lots to think about. When I decided on a plan, he sent me easy to use links and I was signed up in no time. He called me a couple of weeks later and made sure everything was going ok and asked if I had any questions. This all worked out great and I referred him to two friends.
