Kevin Klinkhammer was wonderful to work with, and made sure that I was comfortable with everything throughout the process.
After looking at multiple options from different sources, we went four hours out of our way to look at this vehicle towards the end of the day. We were instantly welcomed by the staff which were very helpful and supportive during the buying process.
Great communication and availability
Very shady and weird experience with this dealer. I went to see a car after seeing it posted for a specific price, after I drove 2 hours to see the car they deleted the listing and reposted the car for a higher price. They kept telling me that this is their policy and that was a market adjustment. They did not want to honor the price I got interested in for this car. We worked with Ian and he was great. He was helpful, informative, and professional with no high pressure to buy. He followed up with us afterwards. The vibe of the dealership itself was friendly and pleasant. We had a good experience overall.

The salesman, easily the best. the owner of the dealership came by chit chatted a bit. overall wonderful experience! This dealership really takes and enjoys customer care! Well I enjoyed it The salesman acted like a concierge; not a car salesman! it was incredible: I intimated to the salesman what I liked and the next visit to the sales floor everything was there right down to what I was drinking: perfect.
