Ken and his team were amazing from start to finish. We had a major sewer line issue and they handled everything quickly and professionally. They diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and got the system fully repaired so we could use our bathrooms and showers again without any issues. We discovered not 1, but 2 abandoned septic tanks in our yard (no town records either). We used Ken’s company, they were great. We’d use them again. Highly recommend. From start to finish, Ken was available to answer all of our questions and concerns, promptly responding to our messages. He explained everything clearly, and he was upfront about the price (affordable). Ken made the whole process simple and stress-free. We brought in Ken Van Wyk Excavating to handle drainage work and seepage pits for a backyard project we were managing, and he did an excellent job.
