I usually never write reviews, but I had a very bad experience with this doctor’s office. This did not happen only once or twice — every visit was disappointing. The service was very unprofessional, the waiting time was extremely long, and many patients were left waiting for hours even though they already had appointments scheduled. Honestly probably one of the coldest and most humanly removed experiences I've had with a doctor. As a result I have no trust in his assessment. I took an elderly family member and he didn't even contextualize his questions around her age and existing illness profile. No eye contact. His support staff was the only pleasant and helpful part of our experience.

Arrived for a walk in around 2pm, door was closed. Tried calling 3 times, no answer. Rang doorbell, no answer.

I booked an appointment through Zocdoc for the afternoon and arranged my day around it. Right at the time of my appointment, I was informed that the office was running two hours behind schedule and was asked to reschedule. Trying to be understanding, I agreed and moved my appointment — only for them to cancel it altogether afterward. Patients’ time matters too, and the lack of communication or consideration was incredibly frustrating.
