booked the appointment on Zocdoc called and confirmed. Arrived at the office 15min earlier Appointment was at 2:45pm I went there at 2:28pm Filled out the paperwork quick The let me wait until 3:35 with no notice at all When asked the front desk they said he's busy he also does acupuncture like wtf that doesn't even make sense Like what's the point of the appointment if they don't see you on time The doctor didn't even come out to say sorry for The long wait or something nothing at all So I told them how unprofessional this ... read more
The most honest doctor I met! I came to him demanding anxiety medication in and he was very clear in explaining all the implications of me taking them, especially in the long term. He suggested alternative treatment and lifestyle changes. I am here, 4 years later, happy, grounded, anxiety free and even better - prescriptions free. Thank you for looking out for me Dr Truong!
The most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever been to. They'll make you wait 2 hours in the waiting room then rush through your appointment just to get you in and out quick. They’ll try to charge your annual wellness visit as a “sick visit” so they can charge you a copay. They’ll make you come back to their office to get test results in person. You can’t contact the doctor directly unless you go back to their office so they can bill you again for anything. Don’t go here
