Overcharged me $150 for brake line replacement. I confirmed this with other mechanics in lexington. Although they are refunding me $134 I am still not happy they ripped me off. I get conformation of my refund tomorrow, until then I won't believe it till I see it. They are not BBB acredited!!!!
What happened: My car's thermostat housing went bad and was leaking very badly. I brought it in without an appointment because I had noticed my car was overheating while I was driving around so I brought it to the closest repair shop which happened to be Ken Towery's. The employees quickly verified that the thermostat was bad and needed to be replaced. Later on I get a call from Ken Towery's saying that the repair would cost $650. I was shocked..
