Extremely unprofessional management. I cannot recommend using this location. Ultimately, I called on a Sunday due to their website clearly stating they were open and even received a confirmation of my appointment from the store. I tried calling to see if they were there after their open time to find out if I could drop the car off. I tried again before driving there in the snow on a spare tire. I take my car there, every time I have a car issue. As of January 21, 2025, I will not take my car back to this location. I had a tire plugged because of a nail being in it. But immediately after driving off the lot, I noticed that something wasn't right on the passenger side of the car, it wasn't/isn't feeling right.
