Darrian at Ken Towery’s is fantastic! As someone who isn’t very knowledgeable about cars and has had negative experiences with body shops before, this place was a refreshing change. Darrian explained everything thoroughly, completed the work in just one day (even staying past closing hours), and ensured there were no unnecessary repairs added. I highly recommend them!
This store has an honest staff and fair pricing. I appreciated the communication and great work. My only complaint is that the store said it was open at 7:30 on Saturday morning. I arrived at 7:30, but no one showed up until 8:00. Not a huge deal for a Saturday morning, but it was a cold morning to have to wait for an extended period of time.
