Service excellent. Got my tire changed that day. People nice. Price a little high.
I've brought my vehicles to Ken Towery many times with outstanding customer service but my interaction with this manager "Joe" was deeply disappointing. The other managers and stall have been very helpful but this one was dismissive, Customer Service starts at the top and unfortunately the leadership lacks the basic courtesy expected.
Was greeted when I walked in and was very helpful. I needed a tire patched.
