The guy Chris lied about the wait time, I called prior to coming in. He said there was no wait. I waited 20 minutes for nothing!!! They didnt service my car because I was crunch for time.
Had to point out something was in my tire even after they said there was nothing wrong. Didn’t tighten lug nuts all the way. Updated visit. They didn’t either top off all the fluids. Won’t be back. Ever!
Extremely professional customer service from the gentleman who checked me in to the technician who called to report repairs needed. All repairs were done within same day of drop off.
