They took the time to find out the problem been having an issue for years now went to Buick couldn’t help Chevy. I don’t know what to say about them. I don’t know how they still have jobs but with Ken Towers very satisfied customer here.
Changed district managers and decided to fire people, which is just lowly behavior. This business has lost all of my business for the foreseeable future due to upper managements choices. The district manager does not care about anyone but himself, so keep that in mind when you go here. You will receive subpar service because they prefer new people instead of the existing skilled laborers.
Some of their stores are managed better than others. Beware. The good ones are great. ..
