Great customer service and resolved tire issues quickly and effectively. Specific thank you to the manager, Preston Maxwell, for responsiveness and professionalism.
My wife went in there because she had a tire losing pressure and she was in the area. When she pulled in (approx. 8:00AM) they put air in it and told her to "have a nice day." Treating her like she didn't know what she was talking about. She had to explain to the TECH that it needs to be looked at to find the leak. So they had her go in and wait. On top of taking TWO HOURS to find a screw and plug it (and they were SLOW) Albert Snavely tried to charge her for the repair even though she told him that she had road hazard. So b... read more
The manager and his lead guy went the extra mile to help us at the very end of the day. We had 2 blown trailer tires and were really in a bad situation. I wish I had caught their names
