I visited your location on Leestown Road, Lexington KY. I will never go back there,. I got a oil change, which was not the first time. The tech left the cap off the oil compartment. My car sounded like a truck when I got in it. The tech tells me it's my engine and that's the way it sounds. I insist ,that's not correct. He pops the hood and see his mistake. Maybe the techs are over worked.
