Had my MRI last Friday at Ken-Ton MRI. These people are great, from the receptionist to Scott the tech. Couldn't be more pleased. In the past I had real problems when I did my first MRI some where else, but this was different. If I ever need another this is where I will go.
Great place to have an MRI! – I hate MRI's - but then again I don't know anyone who likes them. I have a panic disorder & am slightly fearful of enclosed places - the open MRI was so much better! The staff was wonderful - very pleasant & helpful. I couldn't be happier with my choice! If you have to have an MRI I would recommend Ken Ton MRI - you won't be disappointed!
Great treatment, Great staff, Wonderful experience! – This isn't my 1st time at Ken Ton open MRI. I am the first person to say no way to MRI's because of the close space. But, Ken-Ton MRI is an open MRI facility. I am VERY picky about who and what's being done to me. The team here was super! They met me within 2 minutes, helped me fill out the forms. We laughed while doing the forms because they remembered me from my previous time there. So that goes to show you (me) 1 thing at least..If you treat them well, they'll remember... read more
Bad Service all around My first experience with Ken Ton was waiting for 45 minutes in the waiting room to be told, "Oh, because of the snow the tech won't be in, didn't anyone tell you?" Second experience, today (Tuesday) I was scheduled for an ultrasound at 9:00. Made the appointment two months ago, took the day off from work, made other appointments for the rest of the day. I was left a voice mail on my home phone late Friday afternoon, "we're sorry, there was a problem, we've rescheduled your appointment for 11:00". I alr... read more
Scanning for claustrophobes While going in for a MRI isn't a fun occaision the 'open' MRI that is done at this facility alleviates a lot of the unpleasantness associated with a traditional MRI. If you're claustrophibic, as my brother (who is the one who needs regular MRIs) is, this is a huge benefit. The staff and facility at Ken-Ton Open MRI are solid.
