Ken Swengel Construction Inc. is a masterful team. Ken, himself, came out and converted our attached garage into a large family room for our house. Gone are the drafts we experienced with the overhead garage door. He put in an air tight windowed door and a double hung window for additional light to the room. Timely response to our call, and he left the job site cleaner than he found it. I would recommend him to anyone for any construction project they have in mind. I hired Ken Swengel to dig a large hole in my yard for an underground greenhouse and he exceeded my expectations. His company is professional and he shows up on time and his prices are reasonable.

Shortly after purchasing my home in Taos Canyon, I learned the septic was backing up and had poor drainage throughout the house. After a year of having the tank pumped multiple times, I discovered that a previous contractor had redone the leach field using a product called infiltrators and they had failed miserably.
