Our car was sent to this shop after an accident , when we had problems with insurance after 9 months , Marko was given $1000,00 deposit to fix the car, he disappeared with the $1000,00 and hasn’t been seen or heard of again !! He is a dishonest person . I hope he never reopens another smash repair shop anywhere else ! Beware !!!
Awful experience! Terrible professional, doesn't know how to communicate with people, but knows how to STEAL customers. Run away from this place!
Absolutely Disgusted in how my Relative has been Treated in the Repairs of her Audi - $5000 Cash Given - Waited 1 Year - 1 YEAR!!!! for repairs given all the excuses in the books, now with no response at all - Fair Trading - A Current Affair Has also been Contacted. No refund given at all !! Thanks for the reply. 3 stars was actually pretty generous and before I had the terrible experience of being stood up twice by Marko. On Friday 3 Feb 2023, I called Marko to make an appointment for my car to be serviced. I had actually serviced my car with them in 2021. He said drop by next day at 9am. Great. I arrived at the shop on 4 Feb 2023 9.10am. Place was shut. Called Marko a few times. No answer. Went home. Marko called and apologised in the afternoon. Gave a valid reason for his no show.
