Was pleasantly surprised to see Bobby Millican at the SERVICE DEPT Have known him for a few years now Am always in “distress mode” when car is not functioning properly Nice to see a cool disposition/friendly face when this old lady’s happy place does not include the car shop Senor Bobby is professional, thorough, patient, and good-humored with this old lady—I always appreciate that when navigating a car-related issue TY Senor Bobby!
Not at all happy!! Never got an apology for their employees failure to communicate and error! Immediate blame was put on me the customer.
My wife took our 2015 Expedition in for a recall on the AC, which stopped working. I replaced the HVAC controler myself post recall work, and I have AC again. The service person told my wife he thought the engine was overheating because the cooling fan was running fast on a 95° day and it is posting a code for emissions (200,000 miles leads to some minor issues).
