We purchased a 2019 F150 from Sales Consultant Tava Hamilton at Ken Stoepel in December 2025. Tava was very helpful and efficient and made the sales experience as good as possible. We had a problem with the truck shortly after the purchase and Ken Stoepel fixed problem at their expense. These are Great people to deal with. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Ken Stoepel FORD.
Tava was an absolutely amazing salesperson. He went above and beyond, from the beginning making sure we were taken care of and never rushing us or forcing us onto something we weren’t comfortable with.
We were looking to sell a vehicle so we entered information online to carmax. We were contacted by a sales rep from Ken Stoepel. The rep said they were interested in purchasing the vehicle. We discussed important terms of sale prior to bringing the vehicle in. Terms were understood and agreed contingent on vehicle being as described upon inspection.
