Had an old safe that I had lost the combination for maybe 25-30 years ago. Called Ken Smith Inc and they came out the next day. They were on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. The best part is they are the son and grandson of Ken Smith himself so a family owned business since 1969, to me that meant a lot and is rare. Thank you Danny and Josh Smith, I appreciate all you did for me!
