MY INSURANCE NEEDS IS KEN SHELTON'S PRIORITY! I have been with Ken's office going on 20 years, I cant imagine going anywhere else. Today I called April to discuss new coverage. Just left and what do you know customer for a decade never had a claim but, whenever it came down to them making a phone call on clerical error did not put my vehicle on my insurance and and guess what this ticket i got through ok uninsured enforcement diversion program where i was sent ticket in the mail not even pulled over mind you. Oh yes the clerical error was for a van i sold over 3 years ago and this wasnt the 1st time no it was the 4th time. Do not ever use these please learn from my mistake
