Awful bike shop for years. Finally new owners with a lovely mechanic. Fixed an issue on my trek mtb ebike in a few Mins while I waited. Stoked the new owners care. Hope they change the name as the previous owner was an absolute....
Very friendly staff. I finished my cycling trip in Hobart and they provided me with a bicycle box
New owner was friendly and super helpful. Got me sorted out with some bike boxes for transport in a flash.
Had to get my kids bike fixed as a part needed replacing. Dropped it off, was quoted it would take a day or two to get the park. Quinton rang me before I even got home and he had acquired the part and fixed the bike! Exception friendly service, they go above and beyond. Thanks for your efforts
Took my Trek Slash in to Ken Self to have my factory dropper post looked at because it was faulty. The bike was purchased new in Feb 2025 and because I was the second owner the older man in the store couldn't care less. The young bloke was polite and apologised for the warranty situation but still they didn't offer any advice other than to contact Trek directly.
