Had a major remodeling project done. Gut job of existing kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Added hallway pantry. Complete remodel of upstairs bathroom. Also constructed a covered wrap around porch. New electric, plumbing, drywall. Work was excellent job well done. Albeit a little slow due to materials delayed. One year for completion. Greatly satisfied. Definitely recommend.

Our basement remodel is beautiful! Ken had many great, creative ideas to make the odd parts of our space flow. It was a large project with some custom work but everything has turned out as we discussed in planning. Having known Ken for many years prior, I know he is trustworthy to be in my home and wants to make his customers happy!
With water damage to the living room ceiling, the ceiling need repairs, the roof was replaced on the entire house and the fireplace chimney taken out. From the time I made the first call, Ken quickly setup an appointment to look over the damage and sent the quote. The materials were purchased and all repairs were done quickly and efficiently. The crew was amazing that worked on the house. The Roof and repairs look great!!!! I would recommend Ken Sears Home Improvement company to everyone!!!
