Ken showed up exactly when he said he would and completely the 3 jobs i needed done quickly and well. He was pleasant. His price was as quoted. He left everything clean and tidy. What more could you ask for? I’ll definitely call him again if I need a plumber.

This morning, I discovered my basement had flooded due to a failed sump pump after a heavy rainstorm last night. I contacted Ken Savare, and he responded promptly, returning my call within 30 minutes, even before regular business hours. Ken arrived swiftly and replaced my sump pump within a few hours of discovering the problem. Ken's professionalism and dedication to providing excellent service were truly impressive. I had a leak in my hot water twist valve in my washing machine outlet box, and Ken replaced both hot and cold valves as they were old and leaky. He was very professional and did a clean, quality job replacing the valves and the upper portion of the washing machine waste line. The only area of caution is his pricing. I was informed ahead of time of his prices per hour, and used that to come up with a ball park estimate. The job took him 2.5 hours (He had to run out and get a few unstocked basic parts, a little odd...) so I ca... read more
