I was sold a machine that will not do what I was told it would do when it was sold to me. I spent almost $11,000 only to be given the run around for months by Brad. I spoke with Jeremy the owner and he just put it back off on Brad. I've asked to return it but now it's my fault that it's over 30 days because Brad is always either off, busy or needs to find out and call me back. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I plan to write a review on Google and Facebook as well. This is unacceptable.

Amanda Allen helped me with a recent purchase, she was over-the-top helpful. She had great suggestions and very patient when I delayed completing the transaction. She's very knowledgeable, professional and has a great personality. I've purchased other machines, accessories and notions from Ken's and Amanda is a top reason I keep coming back!

From reviews, this seems like wonderful place to buy a sewing machine if you live locally. My husband ordered me a Janome for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately the machine has never worked well. It is under warranty but since shipping back to the store will cost over $100 round-trip Janome suggested we have it fixed at a local Janome approved store but that did not work, the machine simply doesn’t work well. $400 down the drain. Ken’s was initially responsive. After the first call they no longer return our inquires.

At the Kens sewing center, there are many experts that are willing to help you out whenever you need it. You can ask questions about certain patterns and you can find answers to your problems right away.
