Owner and son like to look up the lowest price paid for your things, then when trying to have a conversation they both became very hostile. I began to leave the store and the owners son likes to say disrespectful things as in walking out. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend to anyone in the valley.

First off I Repair chainsaws and own a tree trimming business. That being said, There is a little Stihl MS170 Homeowner chainsaw in there for $199. I quietly and Respectfully pointed out on my phone that you could buy a brand new Stihl MS170 For $199 right down the road at Ace Hardware. The guy was clearly agitated and was downright rude when I pointed it out. The 170 is a homeowner Saw. More than fair. I had several items from my mothers estate and it was emotional to let some of it go. Ken's was the kindest, and most fair pricing. He also has beautiful jewelry to sell and high quality instruments at great prices. 5 star

They're very nice people I drove a good distance to get there and they gave me $35.00 less than I normally would at the other pawn shops. That was kind of dissapointing. I didn't have to take it but I did it was Lind of all for nothing but better than nothing. They were one of the few open until 7:00pm if I would have gotten what I get at the others it would gave been worth the drive basically gave me gas money to get home.
