The customer service is incredible here. They do not make you feel rushed or pressured into anything and they have a lovely dog on staff named Lupin who is very sweet and gentle. I had the pleasure of getting help from Debbie and T, Debbie is so wonderful that I almost forgot to grab my things as I was leaving, and T is funny, knowledgeable, and very kind as well. Lovely business.

I’ve always had a great experience at this store. People there are very nice and genuine, and the customer service is excellent. They’ll give you an honest advice without pressure. If you are thinking about buying or selling gold or silver, this is the place to go.

This place is amazing, no reason to visit big pawn shops that are out to get you worse than GameStop! I was given a VERY fair deal , in fact they honored the deal Pawn 1 said over the phone then played games when I arrived! The facility is well organized and well stocked, prices are low, especially considering the amount they are willing to pay compared to the competition!
