Mr. Routledge and his team spent nearly a week taking out my old shower and fitting a new one, along with getting my heating sorted. Excellent service from Ken and how impressed we were with his service's and would highly recommend him.
ken came to do a basic annual service on my oil boiler, nearly blew it up when he connected the controller cable incorrectly, the boiler required an emergency shut down and now doesn't work properly, typically doesn't answer calls or returns emails. Very very poor. ken, boiler was last serviced by Worcester themselves, 2 yrs prior to you and used minimally during that period and worked OK, in memory you are the first "engineer" that got that cable wrong and caused an emergency shutoff. Great guy, Ken flushed our radiators and fitted TRV,’s, transformed our heating, no Leaks or mess. Fully recommend.
