This problem with my gas furnace was handled very well. From the late night call to the technician on call, to the office staff who scheduled my appointment, all my worries were resolved. Initial callback was prompt. I sent them photos and measurements of the plumbing I needed replaced, they emailed me back saying they'd be in touch later that day. Today(6 days later), I gave up and called another plumber.
