On March 15th I purchased a pool heater from Ken Ray Pools. I went to the store to pick it up and they loaded the heater onto my truck. When I got it home I unboxed the heater and found it had a large dent and a broken plastic cover. I immediately called the store to let them know it was damaged and would need to be replaced. They told me they would get in touch with the supplier they bought it from and the manufacturer to see what could be done.
