I had done my taxes with these people and they did a great job and were extremely nice. I wanted them to do my taxes this year but they would not get back to me or respond, I have no idea why I thought we had a good relationship. No matter what they are going to have to respond to my concern with my taxes I did with them and UT slapping a $600 late fee when I sent (or was under the impression) on time.
