I had my car repaired by Ken Pollock due to a close encounter with a deer. I am SO pleased with everything from start to finish. Their communication with us, etc, but my favorite part was their attention to detail. They cleaned my car inside and out, and I thought that shops didn’t do that anymore! For the times we live in where everything has become more expensive, less personal, and cheaper quality, this was a very pleasant surprise.
