Serviced my van, did some minor repairs, got back same day.
AVOID. If you have a 12V fridge, do yourself a favor and go to someone else other than these guys You'll avoid months of waiting, excuses as to why they cant fix it, why they dont want to fix it, why theres no money in it for them, the rude attitude from the disorganized receptionist and so on and so on it went with these guys. I was referred to this repairer for a warranty claim on my My Coolman 85l dual zone refrigerator. I contacted them in early March and was advised they couldn’t do anything due to demand until later in the month. We agreed that I would drop the refrigerator off on 31 March for diagnosis and repair. I waited until 10 April and hadn’t heard from them and decided to call into there premises only to find my refrigerator sitting on the showroom floor where I had left it 10 days earlier. after always having a good relationship with this company they said they had repaired a broken wire on my brakes .i had taken my caravan because only one brake was working .they repacked bearings and said its fixed but when going down a steep long downhill road i had no caravan brakes . when i asked them to fix the brakes urgently as i recall they said it was my fault because i didnt adjust the brakes from one wheel to four . i have had to take the brakes to someone else to get the job fixed .
