Ken is amazing! I used him for a small party at our house. He was easy to communicate with and the food was great! I picked out several hot appetizers which he delivered to me shortly before our guests arrived. Such a nice guy. Even checked in the next morning to see how everything went. Highly recommend!
We ordered food for our family Christmas party from Ken and to say I was so impressed and happy that all guests were extremely impressed with everything we ordered would be an understatement. From the steak tips to the butternut squash ravioli to the goat cheese salad and all the other dishes, everything was so delicious. He was very easy to work with as well. I will be using him for any other catering needs i may have in the future.
Ken came to our home on Merrymeeting Lake last night in this year's first major snowstorm and prepared an amazing 5 course meal for my guests. The food was amazing. The highlights were the chicken wellington and the chocolate creme brulee! What an absolute pleasure to have Ken prepare and serve his wonderful food. He left my kitchen spotless. I highly recommend Ken!
We had Ken cater our wedding last Saturday and everything came out amazing! We did the Carolina BBQ with brisket ( which was my fave!) We also had Mac and cheese which all our guests were raving about. Everything was beautifuly presented and delicious. Thank you so much for making our wedding meal a great one!
We hired Chef Payette and his team for two back-to-back events—a company picnic on Fri. with 50 employees, then a backyard pool party on Sat. with over 100 friends and family—and they absolutely delivered. Friday was all about feeding a hardworking crew. They showed up ready to go, kept the grill moving, and served up burgers, dogs, and chicken that had folks coming back for seconds.
