It, technically, is handicapped accessible but not practically. If you are using the basement arena, there are a lot of stairs down and then into the stands. There is a chair lift but you need to find an employee to get the key, figure out how to use it, then get into the arena where there are more stairs but no lift. Not sure how you get out again. Too much hassle. If you can, it is easier to use the stairs slowly and hang on to the railing. Once you get into the arena, you will have to climb a few more steps to get a seat.
