Amateurish pipework. Damaged the roof putting boiler chimney flue in.
Came and did not have the part, did not know how to fit a macerator. Advised they would be back the following day and never turned up, then sent an invoice through to post. Cannot recharge them to discuss will not answer calls
Came to see problem never returned. !!!!!
Cannot speak highly enough of the company as a whole. From the ladies who take the call, to Ken who comes out to carry out the work. Friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. Will always use Ken for jobs required.
