I went for a pedicure and manicure. They were busy but took me as a walkin. I got gel french tip for both. I can't remember the name of the gal that did the pedicure but she was wonderful. Cindy did my nails. She is GOOD! Cost 120 bucks for both which I thought was very fair.
I have been coming to Ken nails for the last several years to say how disappointing this new leadership/ ownership is a understatement, the quality of service is significantly down, the two nail techs I had today were very unprofessional and had 0 customer service, the one for my pedicure pulled out a dirty callus remover tool from her cart and proceeded to use it, I mentioned to her that it was dirtying and kindly asked if she could change it to a clean one, she seemed really upset and she proceeded to raise her voice in he... read more
Tiffany is the one that did my toes, she did great! I love how she took her time and cleaned my cuticles. The foot massage was amazing. My aunt also came with me and she loved it. Mia did her pedicure and she did a great job on the cleaning & massage. If you are looking for a clean,relaxing,zen atmosphere this is the salon for you. I recommend to ask for Mia & Tiffany
I went with my girlfriend to get hands and feet done. I decided I wanted to get my hands done as well. They took forever to get us in and at the end the lady messed up on someone else nails and told us we would have to get pushed back another hour or so. They also completely forgot to get me in. We decided to leave. Honestly waste of time.
Today was a good experience. Time efficient and quality work.
