Our AMG C43 car faulted while driving from Melbourne to Sydney on Hume Freeway at Grees Tree rest area around 9.00 am with only 2600 km on the Odometer. MB Customer assistance center organised an RACV tech to attend and he arranged the car to be towed to nearest MB service center which is MB Shepperton. The tow truck arrived around 12.30 pm and we had to travel on by the tow truck to Shepperton with the car., MB Customer Assistance rep told us there will be a loan car at MB Shepperton and we will be able to continue our trip... read more
