I came to Ken muston to get my wrangler serviced, it had just clocked over 215k and was overdue for the water pump and a few other components to be looked at, I asked 3 different people about it when booking my car in and they said it would all be done on the day (one of them being in the morning when I dropped it off), come to picking it up once it was done and they still didn’t look at it, just a regular service, I am a bit disappointed that I came to Ken muston specifically because they are a jeep specialist and know what... read more
What ever you do don't ask for the paperwork for what repairs were done on your car. It will be a waste of time they won't give it to you. Also if there is a problem with your car that they caused, they will deny everything.
Came in on a Saturday looking at a jeep. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a salesperson to acknowledge me, instead averting their gaze. It really shouldn't be that hard to give a nod and a "someone will be with you shortly" right? At any rate, I'm now getting a navara from the Nissan place just up the way
