I received a call indicating that my wife's car service was completed and ready to be picked up. I arrived at the service department it wasn't there. 45 minutes later it turned up. It seems that the communication from the front broke down. A "sorry..I made a mistake" would have been good.
Terry was so caring and helpful. He was always more than happy to answer any questions l had. He made the process of buying a car a breeze. Thanks
