Now here they understand what Customer Service stands for. We had an urgent issue which was a large warranty job. Being full-time travellers and having a serious issue, the customer service team made it all happen for us the same day we came in. I would highly recommend Ken Mills Toyota Nambour for any new car purchase. We have purchased from them multiple times and continue to go back because of the service, communication, and overall experience they provide. We have purchased many new vehicles over the years, however I have never experienced the level of understanding and customer service that we receive from the team there. Really happy with the service from all the team at Ken Mills Nambour. Ontop of being informative, accommodating and professional what I liked the most was they were not “pushy” and I didn’t feel pressured or hassled. They listened to my needs and wants, I dove away feeling I got exactly what I was looking for, and not something they were tying to get rid of. Their preloved range are a great condition.
