I was referred to this auto body shop with a good recommendation. I had high hopes when taking our truck in. Our business truck was asked to be dropped off on a Monday and was not even looked at until the following Friday. During this time our insurance company called staying the auto body shop didn’t have an estimate (which they had already given to me so how would they not have this?).
