Home Closing The Ken Luther Law office handled the closing on my home. The seller decided not to show for the closing at the last minute but my attorney worked quickly to send the paper work to seller so that she could sign and fax back the papers needed so that the closing would not need to be postponed.
RecommendedMy favorite place to close! Always quick, professional and on top of it! I've never been told when a closing gets pushed back, "We dont have any time slots available." They have multiple attorneys and multiple offices and they just make it work! Great communication and secure portals to work through. And...it's a beautiful office, on the lake, with easy visitor parking, refreshing drinks available in the lobby, and they just get it done! What's not to like?

Sloppy service. Doesn't return phone calls/email messages. Fine if you are an attorney like me. But go elsewhere if lender allows.
