Extremely shambolic . There is no star low enough Charged HCF $810 to replace a tooth that I supplied on a partial and when the tooth fell off , he told me go home and glue it. After totally depleting my HCF allowance for the next 3 years. Reline if upper denture$340 and it was agony , fell out everytime I talked or tried to eat and severely damaged tissue that is still trying to repair 3 months later. I had to have all my dentures replaced because of this incompetence.HCF would never recommend this practice. This is a real ... read more
Ken has done a lot for me, new upper and lower dentures and if they break, he's always there to tell us to come in at a certain time and it's fixed in 3 hours with a little more adjustment. If it's still not right, I go back to him until it's right. He does have patience. A pity we don't have any more like him. This time, my bottom dentures broke so I will have to wait this time to see him on Monday if he can fix it earlier. Left him message and email. Hard to eat without them so Ken, do I have to starve for 5 days?🫢
