Don't bother with these guys if you're the little guy. Reached out to KLE a week ago because an emergency has made it so I need a whole new line put in to the sewer, along with my neighbors. KLE is already next door doing identical work for them. They scheduled looking at my property two business days later, and then two days after that informed me that they were too busy to do the work and I should look elsewhere. I lost a whole week on the 'recommended' contractor and their really poor customer service.
Absolutely the most wonderful company! Hats off to Pat and Jeff for caring and making my life so much easier 💙💙💙
