I was very disappointed with the lack of accountability and care from Ken with a Certificate of Inspection recently issued by his business when purchasing a 4.5 tonne truck. The previous owner of the truck had taken it there in good faith to obtain a Certificate of Inspection. However, due to the incorrect form being issued, this has meant that we are not able to do the transfer of registration until we get another road worthy and the correct form filled out, i.e. for a 4.5 tonne or under.
