I’ve been using this franchise in 4 other states for 10+ years. I chose them because they have a spot in nearly every state. I move around alot due to work. Every doctor and employee have always been great to work with, in every location. But I need to give a HUGE shout out to Dr. Gibbs, she went absolutely over and beyond with explaining why the 1’s and 2’s looked the same or why the 1 looks good for one eye but not the other. Great overall experience for the time i walk in the door. The store was very clean and all the staff was very attentive to their clients. There selection of frames was great so many to choose from. Thank you Olivia for helping me get my first pair of glasses and I have nothing buy good things to say about the entire staff.
I had a great experience. Amanda was very helpful and I enjoyed working with her to pick out my new glasses.
