I recently had a fridge worked on by these guys. When I called in to have the work done it was explained to me that the service call was 65$, but if I did the work it would be applied towards the bill. My wife was home alone when the service tech showed up. When the price was quoted at 180$, 60 parts, 60 labor and 60 service call there was no mention of the service call being taken off the bill.
